With over two decades of experience spanning theatre, cinema, and directing actors for television, Cilla Pineau has carved a distinctive path in the performing arts. Her training at the New York Film Academy in the USA established her international foundation, whilst collaboration with Oscar-nominated director Fábio Barreto refined her craft in Brazilian cinema.
Her academic rigour matches her artistic excellence—holding a Master's degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Lisbon and having completed the curricular phase of her Doctorate in Performing Arts at the Escola Superior de Teatro e Cinema. This unique combination of practical experience and scholarly insight informs every performance.
